INTERIM FUNDING RECEIVED
Wesizwe is pleased to announce that an Interim Funding Facility ("the
Facility") of R91 million was signed with the Bank of China
Johannesburg Branch on 20 August 2010. The Facility will be used for
ongoing capital construction of the Frischgewaagd-Ledig Project ("the
Project") whilst the Company is concluding negotiations for the
comprehensive funding of the Project. The Facility was agreed at very
favourable terms and will be repaid once the full funding for the
Project has been secured.
