PROVISIONAL LIQUIDATION OF BEGET AND A SUBSIDIARY
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 13
August 2010.
On 19 August 2010 the North Gauteng High Court granted
orders for the provisional liquidation of Beget, as well as
Beget Solutions (Pty) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of
the Company. Neither the Company nor its subsidiary opposed
the granting of the orders.
The return date for both orders is 28 October 2010, on which
date the respondents (Beget and its subsidiary) may advance
reasons why the orders should not be made final.
