In compliance with the JSE Limited Listing Requirements, the
following information is disclosed:
Mr Mthunzi Mdwaba has been removed from his position as deputy
chief executive and an executive director of the Kelly Group with
immediate effect. He remains in the employ of the Group.
The board wishes to express its appreciation to Mr Mdwaba for his
contribution to the Group as a director.
