granted to Mr Mahomed Seedat, a PDMR, on 22 August 2007 vested
yesterday to the extent of 50% resulting in the release of 15,718
shares, all of which have been retained.
Following this notification, Mr Seedat holds a total of 15,718
shares in the Company.
