Annual Financial Statements - No Change Statement
Shareholders are referred to the Company`s Reviewed Provisional
Consolidated Financial Results for the 12 months ended 31 March 2010,
published on 2 June 2010.
The Company announces that its external auditors, BDO (Namibia) and BDO
(South Africa) respectively completed their audit of the financial
results and both published unmodified reports.
The reports are not included in this announcement but are available for
inspection at the Company`s registered office.
The Company will not publish an abridged report as the information
published on 2 June 2010 is unchanged.
The Annual Report together with the Notice of The Annual General
Meeting, scheduled for 10h00 on 29 September 2010, will be distributed
to shareholders on 2 September 2010 but will also be available on the
Company`s website (www.tgi.na) under the tab "Trustco Group Financial
Results" following this Announcement.
