FINANCIAL SERVICES BOARD: APPEAL BOARD`S DECISION TO UPHOLD THE
IMPOSITION OF PENALTIES ON AH-VEST LIMITED AND MR MT PATHER
Further to SENS announcement published by the Company on the 8 September
2009 and the media release published by the Financial Services Board
("FSB") on SENS on Friday, 20 August 2010, shareholders are advised that
the board of directors of the Company has noted with disappointment the
decision of the Appeal Board of the FSB ("the Appeal Board").
The board of directors has studied the judgement of the Appeal Board and
has instructed its legal representative to challenge the decision in the
High Court, which the Company has been advised is the appropriate forum.
The FSB has been advised of the Company`s intention to approach the High
Court to set aside the decision of the Appeal Board. Shareholders will be
kept apprised of further developments.
