CHANGE TO THE BOARD - APPOINTMENT OF NEW FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the
JSE Limited, shareholders are advised that Mr Philip Sigsworth has
been appointed to the position of group financial director of
Austro with immediate effect. Philip will assume his role as
financial director by not later than 1 December 2010.
Philip qualified as a Chartered Accountant while working for KPMG,
where he was a member of the firm`s Financial Services audit team
in Johannesburg and later an auditor based in KPMG`s Reading office
in the UK. Upon leaving the UK and KPMG, Philip joined the G4S
Group as Financial Director to the Kenyan subsidiary (G4S Security
Services Kenya Ltd), later transferring to South Africa as
Financial Director first to G4S` Secure Solutions company and later
the Cash Solutions company, finally to a role with responsibility
for both.
