DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE BIL SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given that as a result of the dividend declaration
relating to BHP BILLITON PLC (BIL) shares, the holders of BILSTF
share instalments will receive a BHP BILLITON PLC (BIL) dividend of
$0.45 per Instalment. The rand value of the dividend will be
announced on the last day to trade.
