DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE MUR SHARE
INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for MURRAY
AND ROBERTS HOLDINGS LIMITED ORDINARY SHARES (MUR) and that as a
result of the dividend declaration relating to MURRAY AND ROBERTS
HOLDINGS LIMITED ORDINARY SHARES (MUR) the Trustees of the Share
Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of 53 cents per
MURNID share instalment that is payable on Monday, 18 October 2010.
The payment will be rounded to two decimal places.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 08 October 2010. The
Share Instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 11
October 2010, the record date will be Friday, 15 October 2010.
