REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the 77th annual general meeting of the company held yesterday,
ordinary resolutions 1 to 4, 6 and 8 to 14 were passed. Ordinary
resolutions 5 and 7 were withdrawn prior to the meeting.
Special resolution number 1 was passed and will be lodged for
registration with the Companies and Intellectual Property
Registration Office in due course.
