DIVIDEND FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the dividend declaration released on
SENS on 16 August 2010, wherein Aquarius Platinum declared a final
dividend of 4 US cents per share.
Shareholders are advised that the final dividend payable to South
African shareholders, registered as such on the South African share
register on Friday, 10 September 2010, amounts to R0.2948 per
share.
This was calculated at the US dollar to Rand exchange rate at the
close of business in Australia on 26 August 2010 which was
R7.3703/US$1.
Accordingly the dividend payable on Friday, 1 October 2010 is
R0.2948 per share and shareholders are reminded of the salient
dates as below:
Last day to trade `cum div` SA Friday, 3 September 2010
`Ex div` date SA Monday, 6 September 2010
Dividend record date Friday, 10 September 2010 (close
of business)
Dividend payment date Friday, 1 October 2010
The South African branch register will be closed for the purposes
of dematerialisation, rematerialisation and transfers between the
South African register and the UK and Australian registers from
Monday, 6 September 2010 to Friday 10 September 2010, both dates
inclusive.
