CHANGE OF NAME - UPDATE
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 5 August 2010 and
are advised that the special resolution, relating to the change of name
of the company to Consolidated Infrastructure Group Limited, passed at
the general meeting of Buildworks shareholders, has been registered by
the Companies and Intellectual Property Office.
Accordingly, the salient dates relating to the change of name are as
follows:
2010
Last day of trade under old name on Friday, 3 September
Trading under the new name of Consolidated Monday, 6 September
Infrastructure Group Limited, under the new ISIN
ZAE000148201 and new JSE code "CIL", on JSE
commences on
Record date in respect of change of name Friday, 10
September
New certificates will be issued to certificated Monday, 13
shareholders who have surrendered the documents of September
title together with the surrender form on or before
12h00 on the record date on or about
Dematerialised shareholders will have their Monday, 13
accounts at their CSDP or broker updated on September
Note:
Share certificates in the name of Buildworks Group Limited may not be
dematerialised or rematerialised after Friday, 3 September 2010.
