DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE BIL
SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for
BHP BILLITON PLC ORDINARY SHARES (BIL) and that as a result
of the dividend declaration relating to BHP BILLITON PLC
ORDINARY SHARES (BIL) the Trustees of the Share Instalment
Trust have declared a dividend amount of 45 US cents per
BILNNC share instalment that is payable on Thursday, 30
September 2010. The payment will be rounded to two decimal
places. Please note that the Rand currency amount will be
announced on 03 September 2010.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 03 September
2010. The Share Instalment will commence trading ex dividend
from Monday, 06 September 2010, the record date will be
Friday, 10 September 2010.
