RULE 8 AMENDMENTS:
The Rule 8.3 Dimension Data Holdings PLC announcement
released on 26 August 2010 at 14.32pm, under RNS 7078R has
been amended. Amendments are identified with an asterisk
(*). The full amended text is shown below.
Two trades (24 & 25 August) were reported in one Form 8.3 on
26th August 2010. The Takeover Panel advised that these two
trades should be reported separately using separate forms.
