NewRand has issued an additional 3,000,000 Index Securities
as set out below:
3,000,000 at an issue price of R20.63 per Index Security.
The Index Securities were listed with effect from
commencement of business today. NewRand Index Securities in
issue after the issue of the additional NewRand Index
securities will be 37,019,966.
