RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Acucap linked unitholders are advised that all resolutions,
except for Ordinary Resolution Number 7 relating to a
general authority to issue shares for cash, were passed by
the requisite majority of linked unitholders present or
represented by proxy at Acucap`s annual general meeting held
at The Cape Grace Hotel, West Quay, V&A Waterfront, Cape
Town on 27 August 2010.
