DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE ARI SHARE
INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for AFRICAN
RAINBOW MINERALS LIMITED ORDINARY SHARES (ARI) and that as a result
of the dividend declaration relating to AFRICAN RAINBOW MINERALS
LIMITED ORDINARY SHARES (ARI) the Trustees of the Share Instalment
Trust have declared a dividend amount of 200 cents per ARINIC share
instalment that is payable on Monday, 27 September 2010. The
payment will be rounded to two decimal places.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Thursday, 16 September 2010.
The Share Instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Friday,
17 September 2010, the record date will be Thursday, 23 September
2010.
