NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
1. Audited Results for the year ended 31 March 2010
Shareholders are advised that there was an error in the NTAV
per share figures reported in the Reviewed Consolidated
Results for the year ended 31 March 2010 published on SENS on
2 July 2010. The correct figures are:
Net tangible asset value per share (cents) 7.29
Diluted net tangible asset value per share 7.29
(cents)
Aside from the above change, the audited results contain no
modifications to the reviewed results.
2. Posting of Annual Report and Notice of General Meeting
Shareholders are advised that the annual report incorporating
the audited annual financial statements for the year ended 31
March 2010 was posted to shareholders on 24 August 2010.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of
ordinary shareholders will be held in the boardroom, Arcay
House II, Number 3 Anerley Road, Parktown, Johannesburg, at
11:00 on Wednesday, 15 September 2010, to transact the
business as stated in the notice of annual general meeting
forming part of the annual report.
