TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, companies are required
to publish a trading statement as soon as they are satisfied that a reasonable
degree of certainty exists that the financial results for the period to be
reported on will differ by 20% or more from the financial results for the
previous corresponding period.
Shareholders are hereby advised that Comair is currently finalising its results
for the year ended 30 June 2010. Accordingly, a review of the financial results
for the year ended 30 June 2010 by management, has indicated that earnings per
share and headline earnings per share are expected to be approximately 22 cents
per share. This represents an increase of 21% in earnings per share, and an
increase of 12% in headline earnings per share compared to the previous year.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed and reported on by Comair`s external auditors.
The results for the year ended 30 June 2010 are expected to be released on SENS
by 15 September 2010.
