CHANGES TO THE BOARD
Shareholders are advised that Messrs Terry Moolman and Piet Greyling were
appointed to the Moneyweb Board as non-executive directors with immediate
effect.
Terry Moolman is the co-founder and CEO of Caxton and CTP Publishers and
Printers Limited ("Caxton").
Piet Greyling is the deputy group managing director of Caxton and CEO of its
newspaper division.
