DECLARED DIVIDEND AND INTEREST PAYMENT ANNOUNCEMENT ON GROWTHPOINT PROPERTIES
LIMITED ENHANCED DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("GRTIDE")
With reference to the dividend and interest payment announcement
("distribution"), the Directors of Growthpoint Properties Limited have declared
a final dividend of 0.062 cents per share and an interest payment of 62.038
cents per debenture payable on Monday 20 September 2010 to ordinary
shareholders, recorded in the books of the company at the close of business on
Friday, 17 September 2010.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, GRTIDE,
will receive a Growthpoint Properties Limited final dividend of 0.062 cents per
share and an interest payment of 62.038 cents on Monday, 20 September 2010 in
terms of the Cession clause incorporated in the Supplement between the holders
and Investec Bank Limited. The last day to trade ("cum" the distribution) in
order to participate in the dividend and interest payment will be Friday, 10
September 2010.
GRTIDE Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the distribution
from the commencement of business on Monday, 13 September 2010, and the record
date will be Friday, 17 September 2010.
