CHANGE IN DIRECTORATE
Mr Peter Bieber has retired from the Company`s Board of Directors with effect
from 30 August 2010.
Mr Bieber first retired in May 2008 after eleven years as a non executive
Director. He was reappointed to the Board with effect from 1 March 2009 as a
non executive Director during a particularly difficult time for the Group and
the global automotive industry.
The benefit of his wisdom and experience has been particularly important over
the past 18 months. Once again, we thank him for his invaluable and insightful
involvement and direction.
