RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that all of the special and ordinary resolutions
proposed in the Notice to members, dated 6 August 2010, incorporated in the
Cadiz Annual Report were passed by the requisite majority at the Annual General
Meeting of the Company held at 14:30 on Tuesday, 31 August 2010.
All of the special resolutions are in the process of being submitted for
registration at the Companies and Intellectual Property Registration Office.
