RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
Shareholders are advised that all of the special and ordinary resolutions
proposed in the Notice to Members, dated 6 August 2010 incorporated in the
Circular to shareholders were passed by the requisite majority at the General
Meeting of the Company held at 15:00 on Tuesday, 31 August 2010.
The special resolution relating to the provision by the Company of financial
assistance for the purchase of its shares is in the process of being submitted
for registration at the Companies and Intellectual Property Registration Office.
