RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ("AGM")
Erbacon shareholders are advised that all of the ordinary and special
resolutions tabled at the AGM held on Tuesday, 31 August 2010, were passed by
the requisite majority of shareholders.
The special resolutions will be lodged with the Registrar of Companies for
registration as soon as is reasonably possible.
