RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Shareholders are advised that Routledge Modise Inc practising as Eversheds, has
given notice that it will be closing its Corporate Governance department and has
accordingly tendered its resignation as company secretary with effect from 30
September 2010.
Shareholders will be advised as regards the appointment of a new company
secretary in due course.
