DECLARATION OF PREFERENCE SHARE DIVIDEND
The directors of PSG Financial Services Limited have declared a dividend of
380.65 cents per share in respect of the cumulative, non-redeemable, non-
participating preference shares for the six months ended 31 August 2010.
