RESIGNATION OF ALTERNATE DIRECTOR
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
the Board of Directors announces the resignation of Mr Vusi Khanyile ("Vusi") as
alternate director to Ms Lindiwe Gadd from the Beige Board with immediate effect
due to time constraints and commitments with Thebe Investment Corporation
(Proprietary) Limited.
The Board would like to thank Vusi for his valuable contribution to the company.
