Emphasis of matter
The JSE Limited ("JSE") wishes to advise that the audit opinion on the above
company`s annual report for the year ended 28 February 2010 contains an
"emphasis of matter" audit opinion. Shareholders are advised to refer to the
annual report to ascertain the exact nature of the modification. Shareholders
are also advised to refer to the detailed announcement issued by the company on
16 February 2010.
Accordingly, the company`s listing on the JSE TRADELECT system will be annotated
with an "E" to indicate the modification. The annotation will be removed when
the company`s auditor`s report no longer contains a modified opinion.
This announcement has been placed by the JSE in the interest of shareholders.
