SALIENT DATES RELATING TO THE ODD LOT OFFER
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on Monday, 30
August 2010 relating to the approval by shareholders of the terms of the Odd Lot
Offer and are advised that given the public sector strike, which strike is
affecting CIPRO, the special resolutions required to implement the Odd Lot Offer
are still awaiting registration.
The Salient Dates of the Odd Lot Offer as set out in the circular to
shareholders and released on SENS on 10 August 2010 will accordingly be amended
and the revised Salient Dates will be released on SENS as soon as confirmation
of registration of the said resolutions has been received.
