RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited shareholders are advised that Probity Business Service (Proprietary)
Limited have resigned as company secretary with effect from 30 June 2010.
From 1 July 2010 the company secretarial duties were performed by an executive
director, Adv Elaine Page.
An announcement will be made once a new company secretary is appointed.
