The Board of Directors of Absolute is pleased to confirm the following salient
dates and times in relation to the change in name of the Company to Bauba
Platinum Limited following the registration of the special resolution with CIPRO
on 3 September 2010:

Last day to trade shares in the name of Absolute in
order to be recorded as a shareholder by the record
date on Thursday 16 September
Listing of and trading in shares under the new JSE
code BAU and ISIN: ZAE000145686 commences on Friday, 17 September
Record date for determining those shareholders whose
shares will be subject to the change of name on Thursday, 23 September
Date of issue of new replacement share certificates,
provided that the old share certificates have been
lodged by 12h00 on the record date (share
certificates received after this time will be posted
within five (5) business days of receipt) on or about Monday, 27 September
Dematerialised shareholders will have their accounts
at their CSDP or broker updated on Monday, 27 September
Notes:
1. Share certificates in the name of Absolute will not be able to be
dematerialised or rematerialised after Thursday, 16 September 2010.
