NOTICE OF DECLARATION OF MAIDEN DIVIDEND AND SPECIAL DIVIDEND
Notice is hereby given that a cash dividend of 6 cents per share ("the
dividend") has been declared, comprising 4 cents per share which is in line with
the approved dividend policy and a special dividend of 2 cent per share which is
based on the proceeds received on the sale of Springlake, payable to
shareholders recorded in the share register of the Company at the close of
business on Friday, October 1, 2010.
The attention of shareholders is drawn to the following important dates:
Last day to trade "cum" the cash dividend
("LDT"): Thursday, 23 September 2010
Date trading commences "ex" the cash
dividend: Monday, 27 September 2010
Record date for payment of the cash dividend: Friday, 1 October 2010
Date of payment of the cash dividend: Monday, 4 October 2010
Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Monday,
27 September 2010 and Friday, 1 October 1 2010 (both dates inclusive). Any
changes in the above dates will be announced on SENS and RNS.
