RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of the company
convened on Tuesday, 7 September 2010 (in terms of the notice of annual general
meeting contained in the company`s annual report issued on 7 June 2010), all of
the ordinary and special resolutions were passed by the requisite majority of
Mix shareholders. The special resolution will be registered with the Companies
and Intellectual Property Registration Office in due course.
