RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 28 July 2010, shareholders are
advised that the proposed transaction as referred to in the announcement dated
08 June 2010 in respect of the proposed acquisition of First Light
Administration Services (Proprietary) Limited ("the transaction") was not
approved by the JSE in terms of the conditions precedent regarding section
6(iii) of said announcement. The JSE has however indicated that ICC must
represent the transaction in the first quarter of 2011 for reconsideration. Due
to the delay in the transaction requiring the shares in ICC to be actively
trading on the JSE, the proposed transaction with Sekunjalo Investments Limited
has been cancelled and new terms are being negotiated.
ICC shareholders are hereby therefore advised to continue to exercise caution in
dealing in the Company`s securities until a full announcement is made.
