RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
BCG proposed a transaction for the Company to comply with the Department of
Trade and Industry`s broad-based black economic empowerment ("BEE") codes and
the Information and Communication Technology Charter which will result in 30% of
the issued share capital of BCG being held by BEE shareholders ("Proposed BEE
Transaction").
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on the Securities
Exchange News Service on 6 August 2010 and the circular to shareholders dated 17
August 2010 ("the Circular") relating to the Proposed BEE Transactions.
In this regard, shareholders are advised that at the general meeting held on 8
September 2010 all the resolutions set out in the Circular and proposed at the
meeting were passed by the requisite majority of shareholders.
The special resolutions will be lodged for registration with the Companies and
Intellectual Property Registration office in due course.
