TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, companies are required to
publish a trading statement as soon as they become reasonably certain that the
financial results for the period to be reported on will differ by more than 20%
from the previous corresponding period.
A review of the financial results for the 16 month period ended 30 June 2010 by
management has indicated that the earnings per share is expected to be between
12.96 cents and 14.32 cents and the headline earnings per share is expected to
be between 11.54 cents and 12.76 cents.
Comparative results for the 16 month period ended 30 June 2009 have not been
included in this trading statement as it was not practical for such figures to
be calculated due to the change in the financial year end from 28 February to 30
June.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed or reported on by the company`s auditors. Adapt IT`s results for the 16
month period ended 30 June 2010 are expected to be released on SENS on or about
15 September 2010.
