POSTING OF ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Further to Trustco`s reviewed provisional consolidated financial results for the
year ended 31 March 2010, published on SENS on Wednesday, 2 June 2010, the
annual report and notice for annual general meeting has been posted to
shareholders. The annual report contains no modifications to the aforementioned
published results.
The annual general meeting of the members of Trustco will be held at 10h00 on
Wednesday, 29 September 2010 at the company`s registered office, 3rd Floor
Boardroom, Trustco House, 2 Keller Street, Windhoek, to transact the business as
stated in the notice of the annual general meeting forming part of the annual
report.
