Appointment of a new Company Secretary
In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements (paragraph 3.59 (a)),
notification is hereby given that Mr. Sana-Ullah Bray (37) has been appointed as
Company Secretary of Sanlam Limited and Sanlam Life Insurance Limited with
effect from 1 January 2011. He has been the Company Secretary of Santam Limited
since 2004. Mr. Bray holds the following qualifications: LLB (University of
the Western Cape), MDP (University of Pretoria).
Johan Bester and Magda Lombard, the existing Company Secretaries of Sanlam
Limited and Sanlam Life Insurance Limited respectively, will be appointed to
other positions in the Sanlam Group Office with effect from the same date.
