The board of Santam is pleased to announce that Mr. Sana-Ullah Bray, the current
Group Company Secretary of Santam, has accepted the position of Group Company
Secretary to Sanlam Limited, with effect from 01 January 2011.
It is expected that a suitable replacement will be appointed prior to
01 January 2011.
The Chairman of the Board, the board and the Executive management would like to
thank Sana-Ullah for his diligence and valuable contribution over the past six
years and wishes him well on his future career at Sanlam Ltd.
