CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In compliance with section 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the Board of Directors of African Brick wish to inform shareholders
that Mr Linda Yanta has resigned as an Independent Non-Executive Director and
Member of the Audit Committee with effect from Thursday 9 September 2010.
The Board wishes to thank Mr Yanta for his efforts and contribution to the
Board.
