(A) Acquisition of Shares by Donald Grant
In accordance with DTR 3.1.2, Capital & Counties Properties PLC (the "Company")
was notified on 9 September 2010 that:
Donald Grant, a PDMR of the Company, purchased a total of 7,000 ordinary shares
of 25p each at a price of 130.5p per share on 9 September 2010. Donald Grant`s
shareholding in the Company is now 7,000 ordinary shares of 25p each (0.0011%).
The shares were purchased using net funds acquired from the exercise of share
options previously awarded by Capital Shopping Centres Group PLC.
(B) PDMR Non-Market Transfer of Shares
In accordance with DTR 3.1.2, the Company was notified on 9 September 2010 that
5,726 shares previously held in the Liberty International Share Incentive Plan
were transferred to William Black, a PDMR of the Company, on 3 September 2010.
Following this transfer, the shares were subsequently transferred to Mrs Letitia
Black, wife of William Black.
William Black now holds an interest of 112,996 ordinary shares of 25p each
(0.018%) in the capital of the Company.
