CHANGES IN DIRECTORATE
In compliance with rule 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, Liberty Holdings
Limited announces that Mr Russell Harte has resigned from his position as
Financial Director of Liberty Holdings to transfer, at his request, to an
international position within the Standard Bank Group, effective from 12 October
2010. The Board would like to thank Mr Harte for his contribution.
Mr Casper Troskie, currently the Group Chief Financial Officer of Standard Bank
Group, has been appointed as Financial Director of Liberty Holdings Limited,
effective 12 October 2010.
Prior to taking up his position at Standard Bank Group, Mr Troskie was a partner
of Deloitte with responsibility for leading the national insurance and actuarial
practice of the Deloitte Financial Services Team. He acted in an audit and
advisory capacity to a number of insurance clients over an extended period of
time.
