UPDATE ON PROPOSED ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY
Shareholders are advised that, subsequent to the completion of the due diligence
with regard to the acquisition of Sharemax Zambezi Retail Park Holdings Limited,
The Villa Retail Park Holdings Limited and The Villa Retail Park Holdings 2
Limited, Bonatla has decided not to pursue these acquisitions. The due diligence
on the balance of the portfolio is proceeding.
Written notice to this effect has been delivered to the vendors thereof.
