FURTHER RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcement made on 1 July 2009 ("the July
announcement") and the cautionary announcements dated 12 August 2009, 28
September 2009, 9 November 2009, 6 January 2010, 16 February 2010, 30 March
2010, 6 May 2010, 21 June 2010 and 2 August 2010 ("the August announcement"). As
stated in the August announcement, the company has commenced preliminary
discussions which remain in progress. Accordingly, shareholders are advised that
pending the implementation of the transactions set out in the July announcement
and the outcome of the preliminary discussions, there may be a material effect
on the price of the company`s securities. Shareholders are therefore advised to
continue exercising caution when dealing in the company`s securities until a
further announcement in this regard is made.
