NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the company`s annual financial statements for the
year ended 30 June 2010 were posted to shareholders today and contain no
modifications to the audited results which were published on 1 September 2010.
PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. audited the results and the annual financial
statements of AFGRI and their reports are available for inspection at the
registered offices of the company.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the company will be
held at 10h00 on Friday, 15 October 2010, at AFGRI Limited, 1st Floor, AFGRI
Building, 267 West Avenue, Centurion, to transact business as stated in the
notice of the annual general meeting.
