ANNOUNCEMENT
It is with much sadness that the Board of Directors announces the passing away
of Mr. Aaref Osman on 14 September 2010. He was appointed the company`s CEO
early this year and made a significant contribution to the company during his
tenure.
The Board extends its heartfelt condolences to his family.
Shareholders are further advised that the current Acting Executive Chairman, Mr.
P. van der Schyf, will assume the role of CEO until further notice.
