CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Mr Thabiso Mashugane has been appointed as alternate director to Ms Khumo
Shongwe (non-executive), effective immediately.
Mr Mashugane sits on the boards of MB Technologies (Pty) Ltd and Eris Property
Group.
He is the Strategic Investment Manager at Royal Bafokeng Holdings ("RBH")
responsible for Portfolio Management, Deal Origination and Treasury Management.
Prior to joining RBH he spent 6 years with Citigroup SA where he was Interest
Rates Derivatives and Bond Trader before joining the fixed income and
derivatives structuring sales team, with a specific focus on hedging solutions
for SA corporates.
Mr Mashugane has a BCom (Economics) from the University of Port Elizabeth. He
also holds a Diploma in Investment Analysis and Portfolio Management and a BCom
(Honours) in Finance from the University of South Africa.
