Shareholders are advised that, with effect from 15 September 2010, Mr Ethan Dube
has resigned from the board as non-executive chairman as he intends to focus on
his responsibilities as a senior executive of Vunani Limited
Mr Wynand Schalekamp, the current CEO of the company, will act as Chairman until
further notice.
