CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Resignation of financial director:
In compliance with rule 3.59 (b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, unitholders of the Fund are hereby advised that Mr. Abduraghman Mayman,
has resigned as financial director of Oasis Crescent Property Fund Managers
Limited ("OCPFM"), with immediate effect.
The board of OCPFM ("the board") wishes to thank Mr. Mayman for his
contributions during his tenure as financial director.
Appointment of financial director
Unitholders are further advised in compliance with rules 3.59(a) and 3.84(h) of
the Listings Requirements, that Mr. Amir Abubaker Gogabori has been appointed as
the new financial director of OCPFM, with immediate effect.
Mr. Amir Abubaker Gogabori is a Chartered Accountant with several years of
management experience in the financial services industry with specialist
expertise in regulation and compliance.
The board welcomes the appointment of Mr. Amir Abubaker Gogabori as financial
director and looks forward to his positive contribution.
